Refund policy
To protect your cards in transit, they are carefully packaged in a hard-case envelope, and they leave in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that cards are damaged in transit, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@delcards.co.nz
I will happily arrange a full refund in exchange for the damaged item.
Digital Papers Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, including digital papers and other digital items, are final and non-refundable. Once the files are downloaded, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you experience any issues with your files—such as corrupted downloads or missing content—please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm happy to help resolve any problems to ensure you receive your purchase in full.
